Install & open portal

Arman is a web shell for your ISP live TV portal. Use it on home Wi‑Fi, open the portal in one tap, and pin Arman to your home screen. There is no sideloadable Android APK on this platform.

Primary path

On ISP Wi‑Fi, open the portal directly at http://172.31.169.168. HTTPS Arman pages cannot embed that plain HTTP address inside a frame, so top-level Open Portal is the reliable watch path.

How to use Arman

  1. Stay on ISP Wi‑Fi

    The live portal at 172.31.169.168 is on your home network. Cellular or guest Wi‑Fi usually cannot reach it.

  2. Open the portal

    From Arman, tap Open Portal. That leaves the secure Arman page and loads the plain HTTP portal in the browser top-level, which works when an embedded frame cannot.

  3. Add Arman to your home screen

    Use your browser’s install / Add to Home Screen action so Arman launches like an app icon. This is a web shortcut, not a sideloaded APK.

Android Chrome

Open Arman in Chrome → menu (⋮) → Install app or Add to Home screen → confirm. Launch from the new icon, stay on ISP Wi‑Fi, then tap Open Portal.

iPhone Safari

Open Arman in Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen → Add. Open the icon, stay on ISP Wi‑Fi, then tap Open Portal.

No APK download

Cofounder Engineer cannot ship a native Android/iOS WebView app or a sideloadable APK. A true always-on native shell remains a residual need outside this platform. Use Open Portal on ISP Wi‑Fi plus Add to Home Screen for the founder path today.
